Malaysia-Singapore Night 2016

So I'm one of the performance directors for Malaysia-Singapore Night 2016-it's an honour to be on board! This event has been going strong for several years now, and each year we set the stage ablaze with a variety of stories-Phua Chu Kang visiting KL and Singapore through the magic of time-travel, rival food sellers back in the 60s, a newcomer's guide to being a student in Vancouver, and talent shows and dream-chasing. I am currently drafting a script for the play, born from long drives out into the arid valleys of the Okanagan, hikes into the mountains on the Alberta-BC border, and a short trip several years ago to see the Northern Lights up in Whitehorse, the Yukon...Details to come later!
